Terms
We use DHL and normally the carpet will be delivered within 7-14 working days.
In event of being temporarily out of stock, we will advise you, and you can decide if you wish to proceed with your order.
Faulty goods will be replaced at no cost, however the carpet is checked in the factory before delivery so such incidences should be very rare. We would normally ask to see the damage, e.g. picture.
Export Restrictions - the carpet will be sold to UK mainland initially.(England, Wales and Scotland).
UK sterling only accepted.
You will be sent confirmation of your order within 7 days.
Price includes delivery to your home address. We will normally ring before hand to confirm somebody is in to take delivery. Please advise if delivery address is different to order address.
UK law is the applicable law.
When buying goods and services on the Internet, you the consumer are entering a legally binding contract.
Your personal information will be taken for the purpose of delivering your goods. We may need to inform our suppliers of your address and our delivery company. In the case that you require help with fitting, your details will be passed to a carpet fitter. We may contact you after the sale is complete to ensure you were happy with the transaction. Your name and details will not be passed on to unconnected organisations without your permission.
If you decide you no longer wish to proceed with your order, having ordered, please ring on 07768 647745 as soon as possible, leaving a message with your details, if no receptionist is available. This is because each carpet is cut to order to your size required. If the carpet has not been despatched we will refund your money.
Cancellation policy. In the unlikely event you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 7 days of delivery. Simply, ring us on 07768 647745 and we will arrange for the collection of the carpet. Please ensure the carpet is kept clean and undamaged if returning, ideally wrapped in the original packaging. We cannot accept a carpet for return in event it has been cut or marked or damaged in any way. On assumption the carpet is returned as supplied, and we are notified of cancellation within the seven days of delivery, we will refund the purchase price.
